El Dr. Uygur es un urólogo internacional con un título médico y un título de médico de la Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad de Hacettepe, una beca de investigación del Laboratorio de Trasplantes de la Universidad de Helsinki y una residencia en Urología de la Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad de Hacettepe.
