El Dr. Ender Kavukçu es urólogo. Se graduó en 2004 en la Universidad de Estambul, Facultad de Medicina de Estambul. Completó la residencia en el Hospital de Formación e Investigación S.B. Okmeydanı. Se convirtió en especialista en Urología en 2009. Ese mismo año aprobó el examen de certificación de la Asociación Europea de Urología (FEBU).

Ha ocupado varios cargos directivos. Fue responsable de la Unidad de ESWL (litotricia) en el Hospital de Formación GATA Haydarpaşa de 2010 a 2011. Fue gerente administrativo de la Clínica de Urología del Hospital Regional de Formación de Van de 2012 a 2015.
