Ha adquirido experiencia en microcirugía y ha trabajado como médico jefe de sala y asistente de enseñanza en la 3.ª Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad Charles y en el Royal Vinohrady Teaching Hospital. Es miembro de la Asociación Checa de Cirugía Plástica, la Asociación Checa de Terapia de la Mano y la Asociación de Cirugía Plástica Estética.
