My wife gave birth on August 7/19 at the hospital where we'd been going for checkups for nine months.
I'd like to thank the gynecology and obstetrics department for their care.
Now, I'm getting to the real point of dissatisfaction.
They said the child's checkup would take 15 days for the child and 28 days for my wife.
I called the switchboard to make an appointment on July 30th. They gave us a 12:00 appointment time. I also asked, "Is our checkup day still open?" and the answer was yes.
Today, I'm coming to the hospital for an appointment on September 2nd. Their answer is that your checkup will be paid for in nine days, and the appointment I made hasn't even been made.
As you can see, no one cares about you, and no one seems to understand what they're doing.
When we left the hospital on July 21st, two veiled women sitting at the counter on the right side of the entrance kept staring us in the face. Even when we asked what they were looking at, they kept staring at us. And we felt extremely uncomfortable. So, as you can see, the only reason you should come here is to see a gynecologist, Elif Hoca, and other than that, do not even set foot in this hospital.
