Estoy muy agradecida a bookmed por haberme ayudado a elegir una clínica. Todo lo prometido se cumplió en su totalidad. Nos recibieron y organizaron todo muy eficientemente en términos de tiempo. La intérprete Akilai fue muy buena, resolvió todas nuestras dudas y preguntas muy rápidamente y estuvo disponible 24/7. El Dr. Hakan - trasplante capilar y el Dr. Ibrahim renoseptoplastia son muy competentes. Me gustaría mencionar al Dr. Hakan en particular, fue muy atento, amable y abierto, nos explicó todo y cuidó de nosotros... Los médicos hicieron un gran trabajo y ahora todo depende de la atención que se preste a sus recomendaciones durante el periodo de rehabilitación.

Realmente recomiendo la clínica y al Dr

Me operé con el Dr. Aydinol y el equipo de la clínica, y no podría estar más contenta con mi experiencia. Desde el principio, se tomaron el tiempo necesario para planificar cuidadosamente los procedimientos y alinearlos con mis expectativas, lo que me dio mucha confianza. El Dr. Aydinol fue muy atento, siempre guiándome a través del proceso y respondiendo pacientemente a todas mis preguntas adicionales. La clínica también me facilitó la estancia organizando el alojamiento y el transporte, para que no tuviera que preocuparme de la logística del viaje. Todavía estoy en la fase de cicatrización, pero los resultados ya parecen prometedores y estoy deseando ver el resultado final. Recomiendo sinceramente la clínica y al Dr. Aydinol por su profesionalidad, cuidado y atención al detalle.

Muy satisfecha con la experiencia, estuvo perfectamente coordinada y el personal médico fue muy atento. Me gustaría dar las gracias a Yasemine que me siguió de principio a fin, así como el cirujano Mustafa aydinol por su hermoso trabajo en mí. Me operaron la nariz, me hicieron una liposucción de piernas, una abdominoplastia de 360 grados y me volvieron a inyectar los pechos.

El traslado, el hotel, el médico, las enfermeras; ¡todo estuvo muy bien! 😊

Sinceramente, la experiencia estuvo bien. He estado tres veces en Estambul para cirugía médica, y esta fue la que menos me gustó. El traslado, el hotel, el médico, las enfermeras; ¡todo estuvo muy bien! 😊El principal problema estuvo en la guía que tuvimos. No hablaba bien inglés, siempre estaba con el teléfono y actuaba como si no estuviéramos allí. Cuando hicimos preguntas, ella no sabía las respuestas. En mis experiencias anteriores, ¡el organizador/comunicador lo sabía TODO! Eran empáticos y muy amables. Estaban preparados para cualquier tipo de pregunta. Esta vez, me decepcionaron mucho. Además, faltaba información. Nos mandaron a casa y nos dieron información básica sobre qué hacer, pero información sobre las heridas, cómo cuidarlas, o cómo quitar los puntos, no nos dijeron nada. ¡Así que la experiencia fue buena! 👍🏼 pero podría haber sido mejor.

La plataforma Bookimed fue muy fácil de usar e hizo que todo el proceso fuera fluido. Me mantuvieron en contacto por WhatsApp en todo momento y respondieron rápidamente a cualquier pregunta que tenía. Siguieron informándome y apoyándome incluso después de volver a casa, algo que agradecí mucho. El Dr. Mustafa Aydinol fue excelente: atento, diligente y me explicó todo con claridad. El hospital y el personal fueron encantadores, me hicieron sentir cómoda y bien atendida durante toda mi estancia. Aunque estoy contenta con el resultado, todavía estoy dolorida y magullada, pero estaré encantada de compartir fotos más adelante.

Lo que más me gustó fue la comunicación y el apoyo constantes de principio a fin, y la excelente atención del Dr. Mustafa Aydinol y del personal del hospital.

Lo que más me disgustó fueron las molestias y los hematomas durante la recuperación, aunque entiendo que esto forma parte del proceso de curación

Bookimed hizo que todo el proceso fuera sencillo y sin estrés. La plataforma era fácil de usar y la comunicación por WhatsApp fue excelente de principio a fin, incluso después de volver a casa. El Dr. Mustafa Aydinol fue atento y minucioso, y el personal del hospital fue muy atento. Estoy contenta con el resultado, aunque todavía dolorida y magullada, y compartiré fotos más adelante.
