From the very beginning of her professional career, she was associated with the Department of Gynecological Oncology at the Gynecological and Obstetrical Clinical Hospital of Poznan University of Medical Sciences, where she gained clinical experience for over 12 years. Subsequently, she worked, among others, at the "Inflancka" Specialist Hospital in Warsaw, and the University Center for Women’s and Newborn’s Health in Warsaw, where she served as the Head of the Gynecology Department. She combines clinical practice with scientific and academic activities. For many years, she was affiliated with the Poznań University of Medical Sciences, where she worked as an assistant and later as an associate professor at the Department of Gynecologic Oncology. Between 2023 and 2025, she served as an associate professor at the 1st Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Medical University of Warsaw. She conducted clinical classes and seminars for both Polish- and English-speaking students, educating future physicians in the fields of gynecology, obstetrics, and gynecologic oncology.

She is the author and co-author of numerous scientific publications published in renowned medical journals.
