I was born in Fier city of Albania in 1982. I finished primary and secondary education in Albania. I completed my university education in 2006 at Hacettepe University Faculty of Dentistry in Ankara. I know Albanian, English and Italian languages. I worked as a founding physician in the Alpi Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic in Istanbul between 2008 and 2016. Onur Utku Yuksel started his dental education at Dicle University Faculty of Dentistry in 2007 and graduated with a master's degree in 2012.

In the same year, he started working as a Dentist at the Turkish Armed Forces Istanbul Central Command and finished his duty at the end of 1 year with the rank of Lieutenant Dental Physician.
