Dr. Cüneyt Çiftdoğan was born in Ankara in 1971. After completing primary school in Gaziantep, he settled in Izmir and completed his secondary and high school education in Izmir. In the last years of his high school education, with his passion for white coats, he took the university exam and was accepted to Ege University Faculty of Medicine.

Cüneyt Çiftdoğan, who started his medical education at Ege University in 1988, graduated as a medical doctor in 1994 after an intensive and successful medical education. Después de recibirme de especialista en cirugía general en 1996, trabajé como especialista en cirugía general y trasplante de órganos en SSK (institución de seguridad social) durante 9 años. En 2005, me otorgaron el título de profesor asociado de cirugía general. Entre 2005 y 2012, establecí los centros de trasplante de riñón en el Hospital Privado Kent de İzmir, el Hospital Privado Gaziosmanpasa de Estambul y el Hospital Medicalpark Goztepe respectivamente, y me desempeñé como director ejecutivo de estos centros.

He trabajado en el Hospital Privado Kent de İzmir desde 2013. Fundé la Clínica de Obesidad en el Hospital Gazi y realicé más de 200 operaciones de reducción gástrica.
