Mi nombre es Hamide Uzun. Soy nutricionista con experiencia en programas de bienestar, desintoxicación y antienvejecimiento.

Mi objetivo es ayudar a las personas a comprender los hábitos alimentarios y mantener sus hábitos de estilo de vida en materia de nutrición.

Me gradué en 2011 de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud de la Universidad Erciyes y ahora también estoy estudiando un doctorado en la Universidad Katip Celebi de İzmir.

El hecho de que la ciencia de la nutrición aumente con nueva información cada día me entusiasma a la hora de ejercer esta profesión. Mi misión es combinar mi talento profesional con mi profundo conocimiento de la salud y el bienestar para aportar soluciones que aporten equilibrio y armonía a la salud física y mental de las personas. Mi objetivo es mejorar continuamente este campo e implementar enfoques integrales que mejoren la vida de las personas.

Soy Zeynep, una fisioterapeuta nacida en la magnífica ciudad de Antalya.

Mi interés por la medicina y especialmente por la anatomía humana, y mi perspectiva creativa, me animaron a convertirme en fisioterapeuta.

Por eso fui a la universidad en Chipre entre 2015 y 2019.

Cuando regresé a Antalya, participé en muchos programas de certificación en el campo de la fisioterapia.

Luego asistí a cursos de idiomas para mejorar mi inglés.

Como mi ciudad es visitada por muchos turistas, siempre me ha interesado comunicarme con personas de diferentes culturas.

Por eso comencé mi carrera en un hotel de salud y rehabilitación. Tuve pacientes de diferentes partes del mundo. Fue una gran experiencia tratarlos y aprender sobre sus culturas al mismo tiempo.

Como terapeuta, la conciencia postural es en lo que más me concentro cuando ayudo a mis pacientes.

Creo que las quejas de dolor que a menudo encontramos hoy en día comienzan con una falta de esta conciencia.

Esta fue la razón por la que comencé a trabajar en Medworld Clinics en 2024, lo que me ofreció muchas oportunidades innovadoras y adoptó un enfoque holístico.
