Prof. Abuzer Dirican is a Professor of General Surgery and Surgical Oncology and Head of Department at Florence Nightingale Hospital. He graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1995. He completed his general surgery training at SSK Ankara in 2000. He served at İnönü University’s Liver Transplant Institute and became a professor in 2017. He also completed a clinical and research fellowship in liver transplantation and hepatobiliary surgery.

He authored the Liver Transplantation chapter in Schwartz’s Principles of Surgery in 2016. His publications cover cholangiocarcinoma, liver transplantation, endocrine surgery, and colorectal surgery. Notable work includes a prospective randomized trial on pilonidal disease and studies on breast cancer–related lymphedema. He also co-authored analyses of 304 living-donor liver transplants and 109 hepatic vein reconstructions.

Dr. Sutan Kaya is an experienced ophthalmologist. He earned his medical degree from Akdeniz University School of Medicine. He completed advanced training at İzmir Bozyaka Teaching and Training Hospital in Turkey. Dr. Kaya specializes in cataract and refractive surgery. He has notable experience in LASIK, presbyopia correction, and advanced corneal procedures.

Dr. Kaya is certified in several areas. He was born in 1977 in Edirne/Keşan. He graduated from Kuleli Military High School in 1995 and GATA Faculty of Medicine in 2001. He worked as a general practitioner in Kütahya between 2001-2004. He completed his psychiatry specialty training at GATA Haydarpaşa Training Hospital between 2004-2008. He worked as a psychiatry specialist at Gümüşsuyu Military Hospital Balmumcu Dispensary between 2008 and 2012 and at Diyarbakır Military Hospital between 2012 and 2013. In 2013, he voluntarily left his duty in TAF and started working at Neuropsychiatry Istanbul Hospital.
