Indeed, Dr. Mehmet Akif is an excellent surgeon, and I’m truly glad I chose him for my procedure. I had my surgery eight months ago here in this clinic. However, I’m currently facing serious issues with communication and follow-up. I paid for this procedure, I chose to travel for it, and I placed my full trust in them I believe I deserve the right to proper follow-up and continued access to my surgeon. I’m also quite disappointed with the way their agents have handled things so far. I sincerely hope the clinic takes this matter seriously and improves how they care for and communicate with their patients post-surgery. 🧚‍♀️

I want to appreciate all the staff, especially Nezar and Sami, for their help during my accommodation and after operation. Overall, everything at Elite Hair was synchronised and organized. Now I'm in the growth phase , so I'm waiting to see the final result

The waiting time is very long and you face it all the time, the first day examination takes 4 hours because you are all the time waiting, if they say it’s 10 minutes - be sure it’s gonna be 40 minutes. We came for the follow up examination and spent 2,5 hours in clinic mainly just waiting in line, because it’s badly organised.
