I was recently admitted for 6 nights for pneumonia. Dr. Ahmet Güler and his team was very attentive and kind. He was professional and guided me with patience. The day and night nurses were very helpful. Most of all Ms. Selin, the translator, made it a smooth stay by understanding issues as they came up, giving correct translations, and always being at hand when needed.
Unfortunately Ms Aysun Özen, who processed the payments was very difficult, refusing to give the invoice when asking for part payments during the hospitalisation. In the end we realised that she had not bothered to process our insurance, making one excuse after the other for the mistake. Ms Ozen should realise this is not a shop but a hospital!
Although the team of doctors and nurses were very good, when you are giving such an expensive service, you have give correct information to patients and be clear about payments in order to avoid making mistakes and spoiling patients relationship with the hospital.
