Rude, impatient and lazy staff especially in lower tiers. We had a Russian cleaner yell at us daily while our sick child was in hospital. We also saw her yelling at another staff member. The facilities were dirty and unhygienic. I've never been in a hospital where the miun was cleaner and more efficient than the ward, but there's a first for everything. When we arrived on ward the treatment room was filthy, the bed was covered in bloody bandages and used tools. The nurse or doctor seeing us pulled down the paper sheet without so much as a wipe down of the bed. Staff often didn't wear gloves and instead of proper hand washing used antibacterial gel, which is not as effective. Results took their time and we were discharged from the hospital without answers whilst told to contact our family doctor for more information. On the third level of the hospital the starlight area and roladin have a foul smell. Food was terrible, even as far as hospital good goes. For breakfast today we were given a single tomato in a plastic bag. We were made to check our sons temperature with a , all parents that we saw on ward were asked to do the same. This is an unreliable practice and highly impractical. There were no functioning call buttons in the room and we were forced to go to the ward reception whenever we needed something. One instance my son was showing signs of a seizure. I called out to the nurses and they didn't hear me, so I was forced to carry him to them. Not acceptable. There were a few good doctors and nurses that helped make the overall unpleasant experience slightly more bearable. The hospital is under renovation itself. We were also sent to an adult ears, nose and throat doctor for our 1.5 year old son. In the waiting room was an elderly man surrounded by bloody tissues who had been completely ignored. The x-ray operator made sexist remarks on why I shouldn't hold my son during the x-ray, apparently I want strong enough, where as my husband supposedly was. I would not recommend this hospital at all. Hygiene alone is a deal breaker but the other points are still relevant

All the workers of the clinic are very grateful, they are engaged in children, they explain in a playful way what they have to go after the operation. It was noticed that the child likes musical instruments, the next day they sent a harpist with two harps 😊👍 Our 3-hour open heart surgery was successful, the cardiologist freed herself earlier and hastened to reassure me and let me know that everything was fine and they were already finishing! who write in reviews about complete unsanitary conditions without shoe covers and hats, -the guys in the last century- the clinic is equipped with the best modern equipment that instantly destroys all bacilli, therefore, special one-time uniforms are not required!

הייתי שם לפני כמה שנים מקום נפלא צוות מסור כל הזמן פעילות של מתנדבים וגם יש חדר יצירה חדר משחקים ועוד הרבה....... ( אפילו שלא הרגשתי טוב מאד נהנתי😊😊😊)
