The wonderful week I had at Shamballah was a beautiful reflective journey exploring the chakras through meditation, movement and discussion. It was a truly holistic experience , Patricia and Zarqa complement each other perfectly, our group was made up of amazing women, and through sharing our stories, all taught me something. I’m truly grateful for the time I had, I would recommend it in a heartbeat and I’ll certainly be going back 🙏 Oh, and a shout out to the chef’s, their homemade breakfast, lunches and dinners were delicious, it was the best vegetarian food I’ve ever had.

Very rewarding retreat, Zarqa and Patricia is very professional and caring to every participant the time you are there. One feels like you are their family and you are home visiting. Dinner time is always pleasant with chatting and sharing different points of view. I would definitely go back because l love the ambiance and love they offer and support. Thank you so much for a wonderful time and especially bonding with my daughter is a bonus.

The Shamballah retreat is a really special place. It's just a few minutes' walk from the ocean, in the middle of the most beautiful nature. I'm so glad I spent a week there over Christmas – it was just what I needed to recharge and find some balance. The food was delicious, the yoga and meditation classes were great, and there were so many extra activities to choose from. I highly recommend staying with Patricia and Zarqa.
