I felt uncomfortable there as a Hijabi. The doctor was normal but how the nurses treated and looked at you was the WORST. When I got taken to the second X-ray, one of the nurses kept on loudly speaking to me and demonstrating with her hands instead of forming full sentences. I speak fluent german and was born here. They then opened the door before I had the chance to put my Hijab back on. At the other X-Ray the nurses were thankfully normal. My injury didn't cause me any discomfort but staying in this hospital and having to have these kind of encounters was just mentally to much for me I felt worse than before when I left... You people have a lot to work on if someone is mistreated and feels worse after a vocal encounter with the workers there...this is just wrong. You shouldn't treat people how you wouldn't want to be treated yourself...

I never experienced such a horrible hospital. The nurses were so rude and mean to us. They did not take us seriously while my friend was fainting from pain. After 5 hoursss waiting they looked at her and we had to wait even more for the medication. It took us 7 hours in total. If you have time on your hands and like to be yelled at for no reason and not get proper diagnoses please go to this hospital!

I have been to this hospital twice, and both times I got disappointed. First time I needed a paper from the doctor that I was sick. She wrote incorrect information on the paper, and I only noticed it when I was home. My documents were not accepted by my uni as a result. Then, today I went to the Blutbank to donate my blood. I have a rare blood type, and I already had experience donating. I am also completely healthy and have enough muscle mass to donate without any conscequences for my own health. First, when they took a small sample of my blood from the ear, they put a plaster straight onto my hair. It was very hard to get it out of my hair later, and, mind you, very hurtful. Then, I had a talk with a very incompetent doctor/nurse. I speak english better than german, and at one point I asked her if she spoke any english. By the way, I do speak german, I just understand english better. So, I was told: "We speak german here, if you cant speak our language then there will be no donation." Excuse me?? I didn't know that the people I wanted to donate to have such a LUXURY to only have blood from people speaking fluent german. You would refuse half a liter of healthy blood on such a basis? So, in the end I did not donate, I got told to "come tomorrow". Honestly I don't think I will come here ever again. In less than 30 minutes all my will to help people got destroyed. I will make sure to avoid this hospital at all costs, and you should too.

Very long waiting times and you get send from one place to another. Some of the places have no real waiting areas. Once I did get seen the nurse was very friendly and helpul though.

Ich weiß leider nicht welcher Arzt am 12.02. meine Nase nach dem Unfall vernäht hat, aber wie ihr Kollege gestern beim Entfernen der Nähte meinte: "Der hat ja genäht wie ein Weltmeister." Absolute top Arbeit aller Beteiligten. Kann Haus 19 nur weiterempfehlen.

Riesiges Klinikum mit jedemenge gutem Fachpersonal. Meine Schwiegermutter war und ist hier stets gut betreut und Ärztlich behandelt worden. Parkplätze so o lala. Aber wichtiger ist, daß hier alles nur mögliche für den Patienten getan wird. Topp Adresse. 👍

Ich musste aufgrund einer tiefen Schnittverletzung im Finger am Nachmittag des 3. Advent die Notaufnahme der Uni-Klinik aufsuchen. Mit diesem Beitrag möchte ich mich bei allen dort bedanken. Von der Aufnahme über die Schwestern bis zu dem behandelnden Arzt wurde mir hervorragend geholfen und ich wüsste nicht, wie man das besser machen könnte. Die 5 Sterne, welche ich gebe, waren in meinem Fall mehr als verdient.
