This place is extremely unprofessional and a complete SCAM. The female doctor in the ER made an inaccurate diagnosis and seemed completely incompetent. They charged me money but provided no real help, and even attempted to administer an unlabeled IV, which felt very suspicious. On top of that, the English translator was rude and displayed racist behavior. I strongly advise against going here, it was by far the worst experience I've ever had. This hospital should not be in business, the night ER doctor should be questioned

We recently had to stay at Medical Park Hospital in Antalya due to a medical emergency during our holiday. I want to acknowledge that the medical treatment itself was very good and fast. The doctors and nursing staff acted quickly and provided the necessary care, for which we are grateful. The hospital room was disappointing. It was very small, cramped, and uncomfortably hot, with no proper space for a family. My husband had to sleep on the floor, as there was no extra bed provided. We were told that the hospital would try to find a second bed for him, but we never received any update, and nothing was arranged. Later at night, when I needed to have blood tests done but couldn’t turn on the light in my room because our baby was sleeping, I went to the next room. I was surprised to see that there was a bed there that no one was using for the entire duration of our stay, right up until we checked out. There was also no bed linen provided for my son, who had to stay with us, and he was forced to sleep without proper bedding. The food provided was of poor quality, and, to make matters worse, no food at all was given to my son during our stay. On a positive note, the Russian translator, Kamil, and another lady who assisted us the following day were amazing. They were professional, kind, and very helpful, which made communication much easier during a difficult time. Unfortunately, the English translator, Rabia, was extremely unprofessional and rude. She frequently raised her voice, walked out before I could finish conversation, didn’t allow me to take her full name and failed to translate much of what the medical staff were saying. This made an already stressful situation much worse, as it was difficult to understand what was happening and to communicate our needs. Once we checked out, we found that the discharge document contained many mistakes, including errors in my nationality, the date when symptoms first appeared, and an inaccurate summary of my overall condition at the hospital. We had to request corrections to these important documents. Additionally, all the invoices took a week to arrive for some reason, and we had to do a lot of chasing to get them before we left. It’s also important to mention that we paid roughly 2,000 euros for just one night’s stay, which included overnight medication, two ultrasounds, two blood tests, and a consultation with a consultant. I feel this is a very high amount considering the level of comfort, room conditions, and food provided during our stay. While I appreciate the quality and speed of the medical care, the lack of basic comfort, poor communication, and the rude behavior of the English translator made our experience at Medical Park Hospital far more difficult than it needed to be. I hope the hospital will address these issues for the benefit of future patients and their families.

I came here for the full-day women’s health checkup package as a foreigner. While the tests were thorough and scheduling was easy via WhatsApp, the actual hospital experience was disappointing overall. There's no initial consult, no one reviews your medical history,. That seems like essential information to have for a thorough and check up and to put any further results in context. So, I was really surprised there was no initial consultation. Medication was prescribed without asking what I might already be taken and no directions were provided about the details of how long I should take it, what time of day etc. Then during the visits to the various exams, and most doctors spend just a few minutes with me. It felt like being rushed through a series of tests with little time to ask questions or get meaningful advice. I specifically picked that package because it included time with areas I have questions and concerns about, but few if any were actually addressed unless it was directly related to a test result they were looking at. During one appointment I was specifically told if I wanted to get advice from them I would need to pay for a follow-up appointment. Be aware that if anything requires follow-up, you'll likely be referred to a specialist at a high additional cost — even for minor issues that seem like they could have been explained on the spot. Foreigners expecting detailed explanations or integrated care should be cautious. This is not the in-depth, personalized experience it is made it out to be.

Mixed experience at MedicalPark Antalya – not what I expected I recently had a full medical check-up at MedicalPark Antalya. Beforehand, I was given some polished and promising information about how the day would go and the benefits of a complete check-up. Based on that, I imagined a hospital experience where one or two doctors would carefully examine me and take time to go through everything. Unfortunately, the reality turned out to be quite different. I arrived early in the morning at a very busy hospital. At first, I wasn’t sure where to go, but I soon found the medical check-up desk. It was clear that people came here for a wide range of treatments – the place was crowded and bustling. My check-up started with a blood test, followed by many different examinations: an ECG, a stress test, lung function test, a visit to the dentist, and even a brain MRI. The entire process took most of the day, and I went from department to department, having very brief conversations with different doctors. Most of the doctors didn’t speak much English, which made it difficult to understand the results or ask questions. Only the cardiologist spoke good English and was able to explain things clearly. That was one of the few moments I felt properly informed. One of the worst parts of the day was the MRI scan. I was given small cushions to protect my ears, but they didn’t help at all. The noise was so intense I nearly asked to stop the scan. In other hospitals, you usually get proper headphones or ear protection – this was definitely lacking here. All in all, it was a long and exhausting day. On the one hand, I appreciated getting so many tests done in a single visit. On the other hand, the rushed pace, limited communication, and lack of personal attention made the experience less positive. In terms of price, I didn’t think it was worth it. If I do another check-up in the future, I’ll choose a more focused one – just for vital organs, for example – and ideally in a place where English is spoken fluently or even back in my own country, even if it costs more. I also wish I had been given a clearer picture beforehand of how the day would really go

The check-up service is absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. They promised my tests would be completed by the afternoon at the latest, but instead, I was left waiting endlessly. Everyone around me was also complaining, and when we asked for updates, the staff gave vague and useless responses. The system is completely broken, nothing works properly, and the entire process is a waste of time. I strongly advise against coming here under any circumstances.
