Hotel is just beside a busy road with a closely neighbouring fuel station, both making it rather noisy. A walking park beside is a plus. Russian-speaking and -behaving visitors is a real daily disgust. Water zone - nothing special, mostly clean. Cuisine - an ordinary one, sometimes undercooked, though served neatly. A set of free drinking waters on a special spot. Informational plates everywhere are either in Ukrainian, or russian, rarely English. Room had broken appliance and a torn gown. Latter had to be managed before check-in. Tap water is not recommended for drinking by hotel itself. Although a room has a boiler pot, so go buy a safe water somewhere or bring yours. An attentive and friendly personnel. Price paid corresponds. Overall - 3*, definitely not 4* claimed.

We came to rest and were given a great welcome. The staff is just lovely. Kind and sympathetic people. The cuisine is excellent, the service is excellent. The procedures were beneficial for health. We drank some water on the doctor’s recommendation and had a lot of fun. Walking in the fresh air inspires us. What can I say, the place is wonderful. All around cleanliness and order. We are ready to visit this wonderful corner of nature more than once, where everything is for health.

Very cozy place. We rested as a family with a 6-year-old child. Adults loved the well-heated Finnish sauna, the child loved swimming. Also visited some procedures, I recommend from the bottom of my heart great service for adequate prices. Wide selection of healing water. Master classes are constantly held, there is a cinema, where every day a film/cartoon. In general, I recommend the hotel and spa. Clean, tidy. Big thanks to the maid Oksana Mikhailovna, who looked after our 211 room (she showed a gorgeous view of the mountains in the photo). Everything is clean in the restaurant, the waiters will prompt/tell. The staff is well-chosen, it is so pleasant to be in the hotel. Breakfasts are delicious: eggs, cheese, hot dishes, vegetables always!, fish cutlets are gorgeous, mozzarella, olives, etc., if you don't wait for jamon and parmesan, you will like it). We had dinner or lunch in other places, because we walked a lot, so I can't say about the restaurant. There are not many rooms, so you won't have to queue for eggs or stand for coffee. There is enough space for everyone, both people and, by the way, cars in the parking lot (there is a comfortable parking lot open, where you can also charge an electric car). Good location, the central street is nearby, where all the infrastructure is, there is also a park near the hotel: sledding in winter, walking in summer. Thank you for a great vacation!

I want to thank the staff for their very high-quality work. You are great guys! Everything was at the highest level! You look at you and your mood rises! Everyone is smiling, neat, polite and you feel a calm and good atmosphere! I give your hotel five stars, very big ones!) I hope that this is not the last time I rest with you! Special thanks to the restaurant chef for his professionalism, attention and solving issues. This person is truly a professional in his field! The girls at the reception are very attentive and sincere. Thank you to everyone who made my vacation so easy, tasty and calm!!!
