I recently visited Dr Risshen at Mair Dental Clinic due to a persistent toothache that had been bothering me for several days. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the professionalism and calm, welcoming atmosphere of the clinic. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel at ease, which I especially appreciated given the discomfort I was in. Dr Risshen took the time to thoroughly examine my tooth and explain the possible causes of the pain. What stood out to me most was the clear communication and transparency. I was presented with a few treatment options, each explained in detail—including pros, cons, and costs. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision, and I truly appreciated that. I opted for a treatment that was both effective and reasonably priced. The procedure itself was carried out with care and precision. The dentist checked in frequently during the process to ensure I was comfortable, and everything was handled with utmost hygiene and professionalism. Since the treatment, my toothache has completely resolved, and I feel so much better. It’s rare to find a clinic that balances professionalism with such a personal touch,. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for effective dental care without feeling upsold or rushed.

I recently had a dental filling done by Dr. Risshen, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was extremely professional, and what really stood out was his light hand— the procedure was almost painless and very comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Risshen took the time to explain the process clearly before starting, which helped ease my nerves. He made sure I understood what was going to happen, and he worked with such precision and care that I felt completely at ease throughout the appointment. Exemplary service! They are actually better than most of the dental clinics I went to in my home country… I googled first the dental clinics around KL Sentral and based on reviews, they did not disappoint. Lia, the appointment setter, was so patient and understanding with me as I had some issues with my schedule. And then Lidiya, the dentist’s assistant, was so attentive that one can say she likes her job. Speaking of the dentist, Dr. Rissheen was a natural conversationalist on top of being great in his craft. He was able to comprehensively assess my dental hygiene and suggested reasonable cases for me to ponder on. I am lucky to have found a dental clinic in just my first search which I can be comfortable to go back to anytime I have dental concerns. Blessings!

My tooth(molar) was broken, I wanted to see Dr Alex who is a specialist in doing crown but they gave an appoint with Dr Nair. He deliberately said my previous dentist who did the root canalling didnt do it properly and left a piece of metal in my gum. He further stated that only a specialist Dentist can remove the metal piece and redo the root canalling . This would costs between RM8000 and RM10,000. Dentist Nair gave me a referral letter to see the chinese dentist. I knew it was a blatant lie but I was just listening I went to see another dentist to get a second opinion. He said the root canalling was good, therefore don’t need to touch it, only need a crown or a bridge to be done. My consultation and X-ray only cost me RM120. I thought Dentist Nair was a genuine dentist but didnt know he is a rogue. I presume Dentist Nair is running the dental practice by earning commissions from referring his clients to another dentist. Just be careful with this guy, he speaks as though he’s genuine but don’t be fooled.

Our family dentist for many years, and for good reason. The staff here are courteous but what is probably the clinic's best asset is Dr Diva himself. He is very experienced, gentle, and extremely professional. The after-treatment follow up is also excellent. Highly recommended.
