Unfortunately, Tokuda is no longer the same, it used to be the best clinic in Bulgaria, now there are almost no good doctors, the prices are insane, and most importantly, the treatment was zero, I recently received ARI, I paid 100 lev for writing us aspirin 🙈😂. Today today came with skin problems, paid 70 lev, the doctor was not competent, looked with glass eyes, prescribed zinc ointment))) Thank you for zinc, for 70 lev)))

Accidentally, and unfortunately for personal health problems, as well as for relatives and relatives, I have used most of the wards of the hospital, almost from the very opening. I dare to say that he has the best organization, technique and specialists for the treatment of all ailments and conditions. The price, of course, is not low, but the service and the way it is obtained is well worth it. Some of the advantages are a large and clean building with order and functionality, modern and modern equipment, good specialists. There are, of course, some drawbacks, but overall they are minor and can be overlooked.

Hi,On Dec 28, 2019 in the evening, my girlfiend was pretty ill with high fever and signs of upper respiratory and lower abdominal infection. We went to the Emergency department and waited around an hour. During our waiting, she desperately needed water to drink due to dehydration. There was no water to buy in the hospital at all. The only water we could have access to was the liters of water just standing there in the registration cabinet in the ER. I kindly requested the woman on the registration desk of ER to give us a glass of water, my girlfriend was feeling almost unconscious already but the woman just refused to give a small glass of water despite having a lot of water and plastic glasses. Not only she refused to help, she drunk glasses of water in front of us smiling. This is such an inhumane move. People like her should not be allowed to work in places where people seek help for their health. Shame.

Today they made me pay for consultations that were not done. After I paid, I returned to clarify that I had not been examined by the professionals listed. It was not easy at all, but I was given back the money. I was scheduled for surgery, and I was carrying a monthly lung disk. I announced that I had a photo, they made me a new one, explaining that a photo that is more than 1 week old is considered old. I took an X-ray exam and I assure you there is no such thing. But maybe the problem is that it was not made with them, and 30 BGN for a photo should not be missed. Surely there are very good specialists in Tokuda, but my impressions of the financial policy of the hospital today, lack of explanation for the upcoming expenses put the queue hospital for my choice when needed.

The Tokuda Hospital emergency room is a tragedy in terms of patient admissions and care. They wait for hours, without any information about the waiting time, they don't even know what kind of staff they have available for the evening ... We waited for 2 hours to call us, until we personally asked the passing doctors for a checkup, otherwise we could have stayed more ... Initially, they did not know if they had the shift doctor (gastroenterologist) we needed, then we were waiting for a connection with him, we received information that the shift was underway and after 2 hours (literally!) we were accepted for examination . In the meantime, several people gave up, including a woman who had fallen into the mountains and with a bruised foot (no one told her either, nor did she take her for a long time) ...
