Unfortunately, since Morva (our regular dentist) temporarily left the practice and was replaced by another young dentist, the service has deteriorated. The secretary was also replaced by someone else instead of Jane, who was lovely. The secretary called me today to say that they are cancelling my 10 year old child's appointment, which was booked months in advance. She said that the dentist had to cancel it because of an emergency dental appointment. She did not state that it was dentist's personal emergency appointment. I was too upset to explain to her that my child too has an achy tooth pain that was tolerable enough to wait for this appointment. Now, it will only be getting worse without any other immediate appointment booked.
I rang the practice back straight away in the hope I could rearrange the appointment, but it went straight to the voicemail. I rang again the same day, and again it went straight to voicemail. On both occasions I left a message asking them to rearrange my child's appointment. It has been nearly a month and I am yet to receive a phone call to reschedule my son's appointment. Appalling service.
I can't wait for Morva and Jane to be back as they have been excellent with our treatment and in the past 7 years never had any issues.
