I have successfully undergone two transfers here, and both went perfectly—a dream come true for anyone on this journey. From start to finish, the care, professionalism, and warmth I received were truly exceptional.
The nurses and medical staff are not only highly skilled but also kind-hearted and attentive. They made me feel safe, informed, and supported at every step. What stood out the most was the personal attention I received, no matter the hour.
A special mention must go to Ciren, the English translator and coordinator. She has been my guiding light throughout the process. Her **patience, kindness, and constant availability—even at midnight—**meant the world to me. She always made sure my concerns were addressed promptly, and her dedication truly made this journey smoother and less stressful.
