These people have HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION SKILLS!! I have been calling , e-mailing and messaging these people since May 2025 and it is about to be September. No answer has been provided on the refund status of my surgery that I DID NOT get. I was assured by many of the hospital staff that I would receive my deposit back. After telling me I would definitely get it refunded and it’s “in the finance department” over and over with no further information; I believe they just kept my money. They won’t even give me the finance department number to ask.
Even more inconvenient is the fact that NO ONE speaks ENGLISH!!!!!?? So imagine you go for a serious big surgery and no one can communicate with you effectively. If I could I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star review. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
UPDATE: I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A REFUND!!!!!! I asked back in May, and still nothing to show for it. The Patients' Rights Act was not helpful either.

Avoid This Clinic – They Took My Money and Disappeared
I travelled all the way from the UK to Turkey to have a breast reduction surgery with this clinic. After paying €3,500 upfront, my surgery was cancelled due to low blood levels — a medical issue beyond my control. I was told I’d receive a partial refund within 14 days after they deducted costs for a hotel and blood tests (which they overcharged me for, by the way).
It’s been over a month and I’ve received NOTHING.
I’ve called, texted, and emailed — no replies, no updates, and absolutely no professionalism. They became unresponsive the moment I asked for my refund. This is not only unethical, it’s fraudulent behaviour.
They took my money and have shown zero accountability or concern for patient care. If I hadn’t threatened to involve Health Türkiye, they wouldn’t have even discussed a refund at all.
This has been a distressing, exhausting experience. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone — especially international patients. You deserve better than to be ghosted after spending thousands and receiving no service in return.

I got a deep neck lift surgery at this hospital, but no results after almost 1 year. I contacted the hospital for information related to the operation. They sent me a message back with all the details that had taken place during the surgery. When I went to a different doctor, he told me that the surgery was botched and that the doctor didn't perform a successful surgery. I contacted the doctor's office directly, but no response. I contacted the hospital to lodge a complaint, and nobody would respond to my messages. They have no problem replying when they need money, but then won't reply when you need help.

I had a great surprise when I came to have the Çevre surgery, everything was perfect starting with John Willian, super attentive, he gave me all the support before and during the process, I'm still in İstanbul, my surgery was on Monday.
Doctor Duran is wonderful, attentive, super professional, I haven't seen the result of my breast implants and lifts yet,
but I'm being very well looked after, the nurses are perfect, they've helped me a lot, Really good experience.
I'm alone and Dr Reşit Özkanca is super attentive, very present, I don't feel alone.
The team of professionals work together and are all very careful.
I'm very happy that I decided to have my surgery here at Çevre and Dr Duran is perfect.
I'd like to say a special thank you to the marvellous nurses on the third floor - Aleyra, Beyja, Betül, Feyja, Sultan and Berfin - who were so kind to me and gave me all the support I needed all the time, especially Esra - she's perfect, caring, attentive to detail, it was a great experience being with you, thank you for everything.
I can't forget to mention Hiba, she was my first contact at the hospital, wonderful, she speaks English and Spanish, she helped me with the translation, perfect!

I got a bullhorn lip lift at Çevre Hospital and I was so impressed by my entire experience. My surgeon was Dr. Ali Cem Oktay and he did a magnificent job! Initially I was very nervous to get surgery on my face but Dr. Oktay made sure to talk me through the procedure and answered any questions I had. On top of that all the nurses went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and were constantly checking on me. I had never experienced such great care in a hospital before. Outside of everyone’s amazing care and service, I am beyond content with the results of my lip lift! it’s only been 3 days since my surgery but even with the swelling once I got my stitches out I could already tell the scar would be very minimal and that Dr. Oktay did a very precise and careful job on my face. I will update with photos of before and after once the swelling goes down.
