The surgeon’s approach to planning and communication was the most significant factor for me. He took the time to review my CT scan with me, explaining the entire strategy for the dental implant before proceeding. Knowing that he would personally perform the implant placement was reassuring, and he also gave me a clear timeline for the final crown placement, which helps in planning. Post-procedure support has been very practical. The clinic gave me a clear aftercare guide to follow. They stay in touch, and have been consistently easy to reach with any questions I have had during my recovery so far. From a financial perspective, everything was transparent; there were no additional expenses on top of the original quote.

I have to give a special mention to my Bookimed coordinator, Winnington. He could not have been more helpful, and it felt like a genuinely personal service rather than simply arranging a booking, as he checked in every step of the way. The laser teeth whitening was carried out efficiently at a very clean and professional clinic. My dentist was excellent — carefully checking my teeth, explaining sensitivity risks, and giving clear diet instructions. I am extremely pleased, as my teeth are 4–6 shades lighter, and I'm feeling better than expected. My only feedback is that the dentist didn't confirm the shade before or after, which would have offered greater reassurance. The clinic did stay in touch, and there were no additional expenses. For future patients, ask Bookimed for hotel suggestions; mine was a few minutes' walk away.

The experience was really good they looked after me well and the clinic was very good the only problem I had was the price the whole procedure was £6000 and I have another £3900 to pay in December when I get my new teeth and the implants I’ve had don’t stick out of my gum you can’t even see them I hope there in there the implants my friend had they stuck out of his gum they was massive so that’s the only problem was how expensive the procedure was Yes my gums are stitched up still and yes I saw the scan with my implants in I’m very happy with the experience I really am I’ve no complaints I can’t wait to get my new teeth so thanks

The doctor tells you what he is doing, and he did a great job very efficiently. This was true of the whole process. The service was amazing, right from the first communication. They always messaged well in advance to let you know what time your appointment is scheduled for, and when the transfer will be there, with the name of the driver and vehicle number plate. All staff were super welcoming, friendly and professional. Recovery is going well. My gums already look pink and healthy. I am still being very careful with everything, and my speech is adjusting to the new mini implants.
