My coordinator was very helpful and reassuring, and the nurses are all lovely and attentive. The doctor does nice, neat work. However, I feel the doctor doesn't always listen to requests, which I think is due to a language barrier. While he did the consultation and markings for my type of arm lift personally, my specific input on how much to take wasn't fully followed. The biggest issue is that the recommended stay is not nearly enough time; this caused a lot of stress and extra expense. On a positive note, the clinic's support afterward was solid, with a clear aftercare guide and being easy to reach.

My biggest concern was being charged an extra fee following my pre-op consultation for a health condition that had been disclosed at the very beginning of the process. Despite this, communication from my coordinator and the clinic was good, with helpful and quick replies. The surgeon was knowledgeable, giving great information about realistic results and clearly explaining the shape and placement. I am still in early recovery but feeling better than expected. A word of advice: be prepared for several days of severe discomfort despite analgesia. I was surprised how sore I was initially, so ensure you are prepared for those days without needing to go out.

Good communication from coordinator and clinic. Helpful and quick replies to questions. Zekra was fantastic and sourcing a clinic for surgery. The clinic staff were friendly and capable. The surgeon was knowledgeable and gave great information at pre op appointment and performed an excellent procedure. Post surgical medication and support was good, any questions I had were answered. Staff involved in post surgical review appointments were lovely.

All staff had a good level of English but sometimes communication was a bit confusing. Biggest concern was being charged extra $300 following pre op consultation, related to a health condition which had been disclosed at the very beginning of the process, months before.

The clinic provided a seamless service in a clean environment, and I’m impressed with my surgeon’s skills and ethical approach. During my consultation, he was honest about realistic results, examined me thoroughly, and clearly explained the technique. However, some elements were not fully explained. Being asked to be naked for photos was intimidating; I would have appreciated a warning and the option for my husband to be present. It was also unclear what would happen to those images. My recovery is going about as expected. The clinic has been easy to reach and provided a clear aftercare guide, with no additional expenses. My advice for future patients would be to stay in a hotel as near to the clinic as possible, as travel across Bangkok can be very time-consuming.

Occasionally, elements of the process were not fully explained. As a patient, being asked to be naked and stand for photos is intimidating. I’d have appreciated being warned in advance and asked if I wanted my husband to be with me. I appreciate this is an important part of the process. Also, it was not explained what would happen to those images. I want to be assured they will never be used for marketing purposes, that my face will not appear on them and may only be shown to future patients seeking to have a similar procedure.

The doctor just said what I needed and that was that. His experience is so good he just knows what to do by looking at you, which was great for me as I didn't want someone going on. My procedure for both upper and lower eyelids was done under local anesthesia with sedation. The staff were fabulous and so kind and caring. Aya was so helpful to me, quick at replying back. Am happy. I appreciated that there were no additional expenses on top of the clinic payment, and they provided a clear aftercare guide. The only thing I was a tad upset about was not seeing my Dr after I was allowed to fly home. It would of been nice of him to see me. Apart from that, I'm healing very well.

My biggest concern was hidden costs, but there were no additional expenses on top of what I paid. That was a relief. The surgeon helped by drawing the hairline with me before starting the FUE procedure and showing photos of previous patients. For the transplant itself, which involved 3,000–4,000 grafts, The medical staff were very nice very professional and reassuring. The only thing that could be an improvement is getting a little more detail on the order of the process, maybe a list of progression. The clinic has stayed in touch, and so far, I am feeling better than expected.

My coordinator was lovely, always friendly, helpful, and stayed in close contact. The clinic was very clean and the language barrier was never a problem; the doctor and staff were extremely supportive. During my consultation for the lift on both arms, the doctor personally did my markings and was honest about scar visibility. My only issue was with the medication. I wish it was explained better, as I was given two types I'm not allowed to take, which was mentioned beforehand. I’m feeling better than expected. There were no additional expenses, and the clinic has stayed in touch with a clear aftercare guide. My advice: bring cool clothes and be prepared not to shower.

Lipo de michelines, abdominoplastia y liposucción 360. Mi mayor preocupación antes de someterme a la intervención era cómo sería realmente la recuperación. No es fácil. Sin duda, lo más difícil ha sido esa sensación constante de tirantez, algo para lo que hay que estar preparada. Mi cirujano utilizó una combinación de liposucción y extirpación. Ahora mismo todavía tengo algo de hinchazón, así que es demasiado pronto para saber cómo me quedará la ropa al final. A pesar de las molestias, la clínica, el personal y mi cirujano fueron fantásticos y me atendieron de maravilla. El ambiente fue muy profesional y me sentí muy apoyada, y me alegro de haber elegido este centro.

Muy limpio y acogedor. El servicio posventa también fue bueno. Todo fue rápido y sencillo. La comunicación por WhatsApp también facilitó mucho las cosas. Viajé solo y el personal me ayudó un poco más de lo habitual.

Las prendas postoperatorias no se adaptan bien a quienes tenemos el torso más largo. Me quedaban un poco cortas, lo que me causaba cierta incomodidad porque se enrollaban por la espalda. Aparte de eso, todo fue muy bien.

My coordinator was in touch throughout the whole process, which was very helpful, handling everything from making the appointment and sending photos for diagnosis to the period right after treatment. I received foam sclerotherapy injections for the varicose veins. The procedure itself went well. I am now in the early stages of my recovery and have found there has been little contact from the clinic since I was discharged. Overall, the care I received was good and I am feeling positive.

Coordinator in touch throughout the who process from appointment making, photographs to doctor for diagnosis, and after treatment.

The surgeon I booked my surgery with did not do the procedure. I was not notified of this change. I had a deep plane facelift targeting my neck and lower face and am still in the early stages of recovery. So far, I am feeling not as good as hoped. On a practical level, the clinic provided a clear aftercare guide, and there were no additional expenses on top of what I had already paid. For any future patient, I would advise you to contact the clinic directly to confirm your surgeon’s availability and ensure the consultation before surgery is thorough and detailed to match expectations.

From the beginning, there was a significant lack of clear communication from my Bookimed coordinator. I believe there was a failure to adequately confirm the agreed arrangements with the clinic, which seems to have directly contributed to the services and procedures I paid for not being fulfilled. I was also extremely disappointed that the doctor did not properly listen to my specific requests for my full face treatment; a significant language barrier made communication even more difficult. I proceeded based on the procedures in my Bookimed confirmation, but this did not happen. I am extremely disappointed. I feel misled about the services I booked, and this has resulted in significant additional expenses for me. While there were no extra charges from the clinic itself, I feel unfairly out of pocket after travelling so far for an agreement that was not honoured.

From the beginning of my booking through Bookimed, there has been a significant lack of clear and consistent communication from my assigned coordinator. I believe there was a failure to adequately communicate and confirm the agreed arrangements with both the hospital and, ultimately, the clinic. This lack of proper coordination appears to have directly contributed to the services and procedures that were agreed upon not being fulfilled. I believe this represents a serious failure in the coordination and handling of my booking through Bookimed, and I feel it is important that this responsibility is properly acknowledged.
