Lo que realmente me llamó la atención fue sentarme con mi cirujano mientras medía y marcaba con tanto cuidado mis párpados superiores. Fue muy sincero sobre lo que podía esperar de la recuperación y las posibles cicatrices, lo cual agradecí mucho. La intervención se realizó solo con anestesia local. Todavía me encuentro en las primeras fases de la recuperación, pero de momento me siento mejor de lo que esperaba. El equipo de la clínica se ha mantenido en contacto para ver cómo estoy, y no ha habido ningún gasto adicional. Ni siquiera se me ocurre ningún consejo para un futuro paciente, porque la clínica me proporcionó toda la información necesaria de antemano. No podría haber pedido más.

During my consultation, the surgeon and I discussed what results would best suit my specific facial symmetry. This set the tone for the entire process. I didn't have any expectations and all in all was very impressed. I went alone which can make one feel more vulnerable but I was well taken care of and extended a lot of grace for my forgetfulness. My procedure was on both upper eyelids, and while it's too early to tell the final outcome, I can confirm there were no additional expenses. Everything was clear. For anyone considering this, I think it's important to ask about adapting your expectations to your specific uniqueness and go in asking about results that would best suit you.

My main concern before traveling was getting a result that didn't look like me. My surgeon was fantastic in addressing this; he was honest about realistic outcomes for my age, carefully examined my facial structure, and showed photos of similar patients. We agreed on a deep plane facelift for my face only. While it's still too early to see the final look, I love the results already. It's gonna be perfect after the swelling settles down. My one critique is that I would have loved to get some more specific and detailed info on the techniques. Getting my whole medical report would have been nice. On a practical note, there were no additional expenses. My advice for anyone considering this: take your time and trust the process. Be prepared for some facelift blues and buyer's remorse during your initial recovery—it's part of it.

Todo el personal me hizo sentir muy cómodo. Como viajé solo, me sentí bien atendido y cuidado en la clínica, y el hotel incluido era sencillo pero agradable. El procedimiento salió bien. Inicialmente, estaba un poco inseguro acerca del horario para mis citas de seguimiento, pero el equipo me revisó a diario a través de WhatsApp, lo cual fue tranquilizador. Mi cirujano me explicó por qué la técnica transconjuntival, que no deja cicatriz visible, era la elección adecuada para mí, y la cirugía se realizó bajo anestesia local con sedación. Hasta ahora, mi recuperación va según lo esperado. Un consejo: lleva una almohada en forma de V. La clínica solo mencionó que necesitaría dormir en posición vertical el mismo día, y tener una hizo mi estancia en el hotel mucho más cómoda.

Recuerdo que hablamos del tono de mi nueva sonrisa, y lo que más me llamó la atención fue cómo el médico adaptó el color a la perfección a mis preferencias. Opté por una restauración completa de la boca con carillas de cerámica prensada E-max, y el resultado me parece perfecto. Todo el mundo me ha apoyado. Ahora, en las primeras fases de la recuperación, todo va más o menos como esperaba, lo cual es un alivio. También me tranquiliza mucho que la clínica se haya mantenido en contacto para ver cómo voy desde que volví a casa. La atención ha sido constante.
