Mehmet CEBER

In 1997, Mehmet CEBER completed a Ph.D. at Istanbul Medical Faculty, Istanbul University—then started his specialist education the same year in the Division of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Istanbul University, Faculty of Medicine Cerrahpaşa.
