En 1989, en el último año de su residencia, ganó la beca educativa del Gobierno de Corea del Sur y trabajó en el "INJE Facultad de Medicina Plástica - Reconstructiva - Craneofacial - Estética y Centro de Microcirugía" en Seúl, Corea del Sur durante 1 año. Mehmet Özdemir, a Turkish national born on July 20, 1990, in Mardin, Turkey, is a dedicated and accomplished medical professional. Giorgio Giovannelli was born in Rome on 18 April 1971.

He obtained his scientific high school diploma in the 1988/1989 school year at the “San Giuseppe Calasanzio” Institute in Rome.

In the 1989/1990 academic year he enrolled in the degree course in Medicine and Surgery at the “La Sapienza” University of Rome.

On 22 March 1997 he obtained a degree in Medicine and Surgery discussing the experimental thesis in Plastic Surgery concerning the reconstruction of the breast entitled "Clinical and hemodynamic study on the phenomenon of autonomization in the myocutaneous flap of the rectus abdominis muscle (TRAM) ”, speaker Prof. Nicolò Scuderi.
