Me siento mejor de lo que esperaba a estas alturas
Mis principales preocupaciones antes de la intervención eran el proceso de recuperación y el aspecto final de las cicatrices. Mi cirujano fue muy directo en ambos aspectos, explicándome con claridad cuáles serían los resultados realistas, el tiempo que duraría la hinchazón y exactamente dónde se realizarían las incisiones para mi lifting completo de cuello, detrás de las orejas. Aprecié mucho esa sinceridad. La intervención se realizó bajo anestesia general y, en estas primeras etapas, me siento mejor de lo que esperaba. El apoyo de la clínica ha sido excelente; me proporcionaron una guía clara para los cuidados posteriores y siempre han estado disponibles para responder a mis preguntas. También fue un alivio que no hubiera gastos adicionales al precio presupuestado.

Mi mayor preocupación antes de someterme a la intervención era cómo sería realmente la recuperación. No es fácil. Sin duda, lo más difícil ha sido esa sensación constante de tirantez, algo para lo que hay que estar preparada. Mi cirujano utilizó una combinación de liposucción y extirpación. Ahora mismo todavía tengo algo de hinchazón, así que es demasiado pronto para saber cómo me quedará la ropa al final. A pesar de las molestias, la clínica, el personal y mi cirujano fueron fantásticos y me atendieron de maravilla. El ambiente fue muy profesional y me sentí muy apoyada, y me alegro de haber elegido este centro.
Muy limpio y acogedor. El servicio posventa también fue bueno. Todo fue rápido y sencillo. La comunicación por WhatsApp también facilitó mucho las cosas. Viajé solo y el personal me ayudó un poco más de lo habitual.
Las prendas postoperatorias no se adaptan bien a quienes tenemos el torso más largo. Me quedaban un poco cortas, lo que me causaba cierta incomodidad porque se enrollaban por la espalda. Aparte de eso, todo fue muy bien.

The connection between Bookimed and the clinic was fairly seamless, and even the AI chat was okay. However, the system needs tightening up. Because I was 15 minutes late for my appointment, Bookimed’s platform mistakenly thought I hadn't attended the clinic at all, which created some unnecessary follow-up. That was the only issue. The actual male check-up itself was handled very well by everyone involved. From the surgeon to the general staff, the service was professional and attentive, and the clinic environment was good. I only had a blood test, but I imagine the clinic would handle other procedures well.
There was a fairly seamless connection between Bookimed and the clinic. Even the AI chat was okay.
Because I was 15 minutes late for my appointment, Bookimed thought I hadn't attended the clinic, so this needs tightening up.

Honestly, the doctor understood specifically what I wanted after the consultation, and I loved how quickly they replied back. The whole experience was good. I do wish they had a package that offered a hotel stay as well, but other than that, everything was solid. For my facial fat transfer, they used fat from my thighs to treat multiple areas, including my temples and jawline. There were no additional expenses on top of what I paid the clinic. The support has been great since the procedure; they provided a clear aftercare guide, are easy to reach, and have stayed in touch through my early recovery.
Honestly the doctor understood specifically what I wanted after the consultation. I loved how quickly they reply back to you in terms of communication. The whole experience was good.
I wish they had a package that offered a hotel stay as well but other than that everything was good.

It was a very good experience overall, and I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who needs stem cells. The treatment involved two sessions. It's still early, but I am feeling about as expected. I really appreciated that my doctor explained the realistic expectations for my specific type of diabetes, and it was a relief that there were no additional expenses beyond the quoted price. The clinic has stayed in touch. My main advice for anyone considering this is to book adequate time in the country and ask as many questions as you possibly can before arriving.

If you're looking into this, my main takeaway is about the coordination. My coordinator, Veronica, was absolutely amazing, providing 100% full support from the very first message I sent. Every single question I had about my CT of the paranasal sinuses was answered, and the replies were always very, very fast. This responsiveness made the entire process feel well-managed and clear. Everything was straightforward. I am now in early recovery, and the service provided by the coordinator, the staff, and the clinic itself was consistently good from start to finish.

For anyone considering a mommy makeover, here is my direct feedback. I had a tummy tuck, breast work, and liposuction, and I'm feeling about as expected. My surgeon was honest about realistic results for my body, explained which procedures I truly needed, and personally checked on me after surgery. The doctor and clinic are kind, and I feel like they did an incredible job with my procedure.
The clinic staff were easy to reach and stayed in touch, and there were no additional expenses.

My coordinator was very helpful and reassuring, and the nurses are all lovely and attentive. The doctor does nice, neat work. However, I feel the doctor doesn't always listen to requests, which I think is due to a language barrier. While he did the consultation and markings for my type of arm lift personally, my specific input on how much to take wasn't fully followed. The biggest issue is that the recommended stay is not nearly enough time; this caused a lot of stress and extra expense. On a positive note, the clinic's support afterward was solid, with a clear aftercare guide and being easy to reach.

Our Bookimed coordinator was excellent and empathetic; we knew what we wanted and appreciated not being pressured into extra treatments. This was so important. In contrast, the hospital's own liaison made numerous mistakes with transport and pricing, which could be stressful if you aren’t proactive in communication. The clinic itself was faultless on hygiene, and my surgeon was great. I received a silicone chin implant through an external incision under the chin. The aftercare guide was clear, but I was left wondering what to expect a month from now. My advice is to confirm your exact costs to avoid potential overcharges.
Our coordinator was excellent, empathise and timely in his responses. He came back to us with answers within 24 hours each time.
He sent links to our surgeons and the hospital site. We knew we could rely open him, not be dismissed, nor ( other companies), be hard sold and pressured to buy add-on extra surgical treatments. This last point is so important. We’d done our research, knew what we wanted and didn’t appreciate other companies we considered telling us we need full face lifts and pressure if us to spend double our budget.
The hospital we chose ( Bookimed gives you choices) is beautifully presented and prizes itself on hygiene standards which were faultless in my experience. The liaison contact from the hospital, not associated with Bookimed made numerous mistakes and omissions related to transport pick ups, surgery procedures and pricing overcharging). If you’re not ahead in communication, anticipating questions, and have your exact costs due, then you may find the experience stressful.

Los auxiliares y los médicos fueron estupendos: explicaciones claras y detalladas. La atención del auxiliar antes y después de la operación, así como al día siguiente, fue excelente. Sin embargo, los taxis que nos llevaban a las consultas no eran muy cómodos: no eran espaciosos, no eran cómodos, tenían la tapicería vieja y olían mal, lo que nos molestó antes de la operación, cuando ya estábamos nerviosos e irritados. Cuando volvimos para la revisión postoperatoria, ya habíamos concertado una cita, pero al final tuvimos que esperar dos horas más de lo previsto.

En general, la atención que recibí fue buena y me siento optimista
My coordinator was in touch throughout the whole process, which was very helpful, handling everything from making the appointment and sending photos for diagnosis to the period right after treatment. I received foam sclerotherapy injections for the varicose veins. The procedure itself went well. I am now in the early stages of my recovery and have found there has been little contact from the clinic since I was discharged. Overall, the care I received was good and I am feeling positive.
Coordinator in touch throughout the who process from appointment making, photographs to doctor for diagnosis, and after treatment.

The surgeon I booked my surgery with did not do the procedure. I was not notified of this change. I had a deep plane facelift targeting my neck and lower face and am still in the early stages of recovery. So far, I am feeling not as good as hoped. On a practical level, the clinic provided a clear aftercare guide, and there were no additional expenses on top of what I had already paid. For any future patient, I would advise you to contact the clinic directly to confirm your surgeon’s availability and ensure the consultation before surgery is thorough and detailed to match expectations.

From the beginning, there was a significant lack of clear communication from my Bookimed coordinator. I believe there was a failure to adequately confirm the agreed arrangements with the clinic, which seems to have directly contributed to the services and procedures I paid for not being fulfilled. I was also extremely disappointed that the doctor did not properly listen to my specific requests for my full face treatment; a significant language barrier made communication even more difficult. I proceeded based on the procedures in my Bookimed confirmation, but this did not happen. I am extremely disappointed. I feel misled about the services I booked, and this has resulted in significant additional expenses for me. While there were no extra charges from the clinic itself, I feel unfairly out of pocket after travelling so far for an agreement that was not honoured.

My experience was mixed. My procedure covered the full face and neck under general anesthesia, and it's too early to see the outcome. I felt confident in my surgeon: I got a very good impression of my doctor Saran. The facility was also a very clean and modern clinic. The main challenge was communication; it's difficult to understand and get understood if you don’t speak Thai with the nurses, which felt a bit scary. Post-op contact has been minimal. The food was not good. Thankfully, no additional expenses.
