The most important thing for future patients to know is to be prepared for new realities. I came ready for a laser enucleation operation for my medium-sized prostate, but I ended up undergoing a steam ablation procedure instead after my consultation. My surgeon was very good. He clearly explained the urination improvement timeline, which was quite reassuring as I begin my recovery. Although there has been little contact from the clinic since I left, the care I received on-site was excellent. My main advice is to go in with an open mind, as your final treatment plan might be different from what you initially expected.

The professor’s jokes helped me feel relaxed before the procedure. That supportive feeling was consistent throughout. I had a great experience from start to finish; the staff were polite, professional, and very helpful. A special mention has to go to Ibrohim, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay, translating everything and regularly checking in after the procedure. The cryoablation addressed multiple nerve branches, and I'm healing with a clean, minimal scar. If like me you have tried all other options, then give it a go, as it’s the safer option than the dorsal neurectomy. I felt genuinely well looked after.
I had a great experience from start to finish. The staff were polite, professional and very helpful. The professor did his best with the English he knew to reassure me, and his jokes helped me feel relaxed before the procedure.
A special mention has to go to Ibrohim, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. He translated everything, recommended places to visit, rearranged my airport transport when I stayed an extra day, and regularly checked in after the procedure to make sure I was okay and didn't need anything.
I felt genuinely well looked after throughout the whole experience and would definitely recommend the clinic.
Mi principal preocupación era la complejidad de mi caso, que requería abordar tanto la enfermedad de Peyronie como la implantación de una prótesis. El cirujano fue excelente. Fue un trabajo muy difícil, pero la cirugía de dos horas fue exitosa porque seguimos sus recomendaciones. Estoy en las primeras etapas de recuperación y, aunque es sumamente doloroso, era de esperarse. El sistema de apoyo también fue sólido. My coordinator has been incredible through all stages of this process. She checked in daily, sometimes multiple times a day, ensuring every aspect of my treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia was managed well, which made the entire situation so much easier to navigate. I'm still in early recovery. The surgeon, staff, and the clinic itself were all excellent. When I considered what could be improved, honestly, nothing came to mind. The consistent communication and management of the process were that thorough. Everything was handled for me from start to finish with great care.
Coordinator has been amazing at all stages of the process, she's checked in daily or many times daily, made sure all aspects of the process were managed very well and has made the entire experience so much easier to navigate.

Todo fue excelente de principio a fin
Everything was excellent from start to finish. We definitely recommend them to anyone looking for treatment in Istanbul. I'm still in early recovery from my HoLEP procedure, but I am feeling much better than I expected to at this stage. It’s a real relief. For my condition, which involved a medium-sized prostate, I was pleased that the catheter was only needed for two days post-op. What also gave us peace of mind was that the final bill was exactly as quoted, with no additional expenses to worry about. The entire process was very straightforward and well-managed.
Everything was excellent from start to finish. We definitely recommend them to anyone looking for treatment in Istanbul

Больше всего запомнился разговор с врачом перед процедурой. Он помог мне почувствовать себя комфортно, очень четко объяснил все риски и показал, чего ожидать визуально. В целом, у меня был хороший координатор и отличный доктор с юмором, поэтому все прошло спокойно. Сейчас чувствую себя лучше, чем ожидал. Клиника всегда на связи, что важно, и никаких дополнительных расходов сверх оговоренной суммы не возникло. Все прошло гладко.
Вся процедура проходила только под местной анестезией, что позволило мне оставаться в сознании. Мне выполнили лазерное обрезание, и сейчас, на этапе восстановления, я чувствую себя лучше, чем ожидал. Все прошло хорошо. Я благодарен хирургу и всему персоналу за их работу. Важно отметить, что никаких дополнительных расходов сверх первоначальной оплаты не возникло. Единственный момент: после выписки из клиники со мной почти не контактировали, это стоит иметь в виду. Главный совет, который я бы дал будущим пациентам, — если вы не говорите на местном языке, обязательно позаботьтесь о переводчике для более комфортного общения.

Важный практический момент, который хочу отметить, — полное отсутствие каких-либо дополнительных или скрытых расходов. Вся оплата прошла строго в рамках суммы, изначально согласованной с клиникой.

El médico fue estupendo, me lo explicó todo lo mejor que pudo y me ayudó muchísimo
For anyone considering this procedure, my experience was a mixed bag, but the medical care itself was solid. My surgeon performed a vasovasostomy and was very honest about success chances, especially given my original vasectomy was 5–10 years ago. The doctor was great, really explained everything as much as he could and helped loads. Staff were good and very attentive also. I’m feeling about as expected in my recovery and the clinic gave me a clear aftercare guide. The main issue was the catering. Honestly, the food, it was boring or disgusting not good. There was no choice of meals or drinks for me or my partner. It's my one big piece of advice for others: bring plenty of your own food and drink for your stay.

However, the doctor inspired confidence initially but his performance was very poor. During the consultation, he minimized all the risks and made everything seem very simple, he was like a salesman. In the surgery room he realized that he couldn’t do the surgery he planned for me, and he did to me a totally different surgery just for the sake of money. Instead of solving my problem he added more horrible problems to my life.
Bedsides the fact that I payed for on surgery and received another one, what he did was harmful to my body with a very negative impact on my life and my mental health. I feel worse. On top of this, I had to pay for some transfers due to car unavailability. My advice is to be very careful in discussions with the doctor; ask as many questions as possible and trust your gut feeling when making a big decision.
